Retired and active executives, businesspeople willing to share their experience and that have a vocation for consulting are typically representative of VAE’s members All members are equal in its voting rights(*)

Collaborators participate in specific projects and or internal activities and just commit whatever time is possible and convenient for them

The Assembly of partners is the towering organ. It appoints the Board of directors that makes and implements the day-to-day decisions.

The headquarters are located in Parc Tecnològic BCNord – Maria Curie s/n (Nou Barris) - 08042 - Barcelona, on installations kindly given by BarcelonActiva

VAE’S members perceive no remuneration for their services.

VAE’s simple organization ensures a minimum overhead and optimizes decision making.

Fixed costs are covered by agreements between VAE and Institutions, both private and public.
