The Caixa Sabadell Foundation awards to VAE by its work of integration of retired entrepreneurs and company managers in volunteering tasks. The delivery of prizes took place the 31 of May of 2007 in the Barcelona seat of the Foundation.

"Educació i Pràctica Laboral " programme third edition. Programme coordinated by VAE (Voluntaris en Assessoria Empresarial) with the sponsorship of the City council of L'Hospitalet. and of the Ecuadorian Foundation Gavisol (before denominated Foundation Gabriel Vilaseca Soler). March until August of 2007, with the presence of Ximena Ordoñez, Gladys Quiroga and Carla Beatriz Baca. Their work practices take place in three outstanding companies with seat in L'Hospitalet: Genebre, Gutmar and MRW. The students have the possibility of an exceptional practical experience, as far as methodology and team work systems, with the added value to know the increasingly multicultural Catalan society. From the Catalan optics, the program allows to form directors with a work style, inspiration and Catalan networking , so that simultaneously that promotes Catalonia, contributes to the development of Ecuador.
